This post is about the symptoms of low hormone levels in women.

Most women never really consider the implication of their hormones on their overall state of health.

BUT, the symptoms of low hormone levels in women are many. Some of these symptoms are so commonplace that we've come to accept them as 'normal.' This is why I write and update this blog regularly

These symptoms are usually the result of low progesterone levels and excess estrogen levels.

1000's of women are finding relief by using natural progesterone creams. These creams are natural, raise the progesterone levels and provide balance and relief from these undesirable symptoms of low hormone levels in women.

Women the world over are unwittingly putting themselves out of balance through misinformation and bad choices. Check back soon when I will reveal some more of the myths and truths about what causes hormone imbalance.

Natural progesterone cream blog - About me

Hi there

Welcome to the
Natural progesterone cream blog, aka the Hormone Healthy blog. My name is Beryn Daniel. I am the author of a series of e-books on natural health. One of the topics I write about is hormonal health – because 9 times out of 10 it is so easy to put these symptoms right – by raising progesterone levels.

The symptoms of low hormone levels in women are vast and the shocking truth is almost every woman out there is suffering from a hormone imbalance due to misinformation we have been fed about the safety of drugs like the pill, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and other environmental and food toxins.

My pet hate is that women think it’s normal to suffer from things like PMS, moods swings, fluctuating emotions, depression, skin disorders, lack of libido, lack of energy etc. No woman should ever have to suffer with any of these!!!

My aim is to bring attention to the fact that
Women the world-over have been duped!
And to assist people in shifting the focus from lack and discomfort to a feeling of lightness, more energy, better health, more love and luster for life?

I’ll be writing regularly on this blog about the truths of our hormonal lives, why things go haywire and how we can stay in control and in balance in a world that seems to be tripping us up at every turn without us even knowing about it. Awareness is the key - so check back regularly.
